House Rules

  1. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out is at 10 am at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay cleaning as a result are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. Check-in is only possible if the guest has completed the legally required check-in form and has sent a copy of his ID in advance.
  2. Smoking (also marijuana), all kinds of parties, events, excessive noise, use for the red-light trade and the use of illegal substances are not permitted, not even on balconies or in shared areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250,- € plus the cost of special cleaning and, if necessary, damage repair.
  3. Safety and duty of care: The apartment door should always be closed. The front door of the house should also always be closed, but must never be locked due to fire safety regulations. When you leave the apartment, close all windows to prevent burglary and storm damage.
  4. The night's silence from 10 pm to 7 am must be observed.
  5. Guests whose number exceeds that stated in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight. We charge 50,- € per night for each unauthorized guest.
  6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards and remote controls. In addition, guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Any damage must be reported immediately. Guests must pay 120 Euros if they take or lose the parking permit.
  7. Sustainability: For the sake of the environment, we ask that you use water and electricity economically. When you leave the apartment, switch off all lights and electronic devices. There are two different rubbish bins in the kitchen for waste separation.
  8. Careful treatment: Please treat your accommodation with care so we can keep it in excellent condition for future guests. Barbecues are not permitted in the apartment. Ventilate the apartment at least once a day, even in the cold season, by airing it for 5-10 minutes to prevent mould growth. Should an accident occur, please clean it up immediately. Cleaning supplies, a mop and a vacuum cleaner are available. In the kitchen, please use the mats for hot pans and pots to prevent burn marks and the chopping boards to avoid scratches. Dishes should only be put away clean and dry in the cupboards. No hygiene products, waste, leftover food, grease or other harmful liquids should be disposed of in the bathroom, as this can cause blockages in the pipes. If excessive soiling (blood, vomit, faeces, etc.) leads to higher cleaning costs, this will be charged at an additional fixed rate of 200,- €.
  9. Animals are not allowed in the apartment. Violations of our pet policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of 200,- € for the guest, plus, if necessary, damage repair.
  10. Commercial photography and/or videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
  11. Use of the Wi-Fi is free of charge for guests and at their own risk. Any illegal activities are prohibited. The guest making the booking assumes full liability if their travel group commits criminal offences.
  12. Guests are requested not move furniture to avoid damage and not to enter the living areas with street shoes.
  13. Please note at check-out: Close the windows, switch off the lights and heating, close and lock the apartment door and do not forget to return the keys. Guests are requested to leave all appliances clean (cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) and to put used dishes in the dishwasher.
  14. The host is not liable for guests' valuables.
  15. There are cameras installed in front of the building entrance and in the hallway, as well as sensors for noise and smoke detection in the apartment.
  16. Right of Admission: If guests seriously violate the house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the rental contract with immediate effect. In this case, guests are obliged to leave the property immediately. There is no entitlement to a refund of the rental fee.
  17. If unexpected and urgent repairs are necessary (e.g. in the event of water damage), it may be necessary for service providers to enter the accommodation. If possible, this will of course be coordinated with the guests.
  18. A booking implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages or costs. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
